As a technically grounded executive, I bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level reality. I don’t look at IT companies purely through financial spreadsheets or abstract CTO theories. I understand how the technology works under the hood, but my focus remains on the complete engine: P&L performance, go-to-market strategy, delivery discipline, and organizational culture.

Over time, my perspective on organizational scaling has evolved. In today’s landscape, accelerating a business is no longer just about hiring more people or buying more tools. It is about building AI-by-design operating models that allow IT service companies to scale revenue and capability without multiplying complexity or headcount.
