I’m a leader in operations and growth in IT services, writing about how organizations are shaped by technology, geopolitics, and continuous change.

With more than 15 years of experience in ICT and managed services environments, I focus on how service organizations perform in the real world: where strategy meets execution, where growth meets operational constraint, and where complexity must be turned into structure, discipline, and predictable outcomes.

My background spans leadership roles across IT service organizations, with responsibility for P&L, commercial performance, and end-to-end operations. Over time, my focus has shifted away from technology itself toward what actually determines success in IT services: operating models, governance, leadership, and the ability to scale without losing control.

I am particularly interested in how external forces—such as geopolitics, regulation, cloud dependency, AI, and digital sovereignty—reshape the way organizations are built, led, and managed.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: most organizations don’t fail because of strategy, but because of execution at scale.
